2. Services

Loestreat Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Singapore. We offer various cleaning packages and services as described on our Site.

Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us, either by email or SMS.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations after our team has arrived may be charged the full service fee.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional fees.

4. Payment

Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.

For recurring services, we may store your payment information securely for future billing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

5. Service Expectations

Access: You are responsible for providing access to the premises for our cleaning team at the scheduled time.

Preparation: To ensure efficient cleaning, we recommend clearing clutter from areas to be cleaned.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost.

6. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured for property damage and personal injury caused by our cleaning staff during service provision.

While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for:

  • General wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Damage resulting from faulty equipment or materials provided by the client
  • Damage to items that require specialist cleaning methods not specified in our service agreement

Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Website Use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Use the Site to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our Site
  • Attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
